A UK/Berlin design collaboration, engineered in Germany and built in Austria. The revolutionary AER 557 feels as different as it looks. The removable 557Wh battery is integrated into a one piece, Aluminium 6061 hydroformed downtube and has passed rigorous industry testing.

A wide 7 ply bamboo footboard provides ample room to position your stance the way you choose. Wide, ergonomic handlebars and comfortable grips compliment the careful geometry of the AER 557 providing a free and unique, natural riding experience.

Automotive design inspiration.

The integrated heel guard and removable mudguard compliment the seamless look of the AER 557. Designed by an automotive team, dual drop-out wings hide rear axle fixings and compliment the overall look and feel of this extraordinary vehicle.

Design from the ground up.

Hydroformed Aluminium 6061 forks were designed specifically for the AER 557, in design harmony with the headtube and proven bicycle geometry. Suspension dampening comes from the e-bike balloon Schwalbe tyres and natural flex in the overall frame.

The AER 557's patented hinge system enables it to fold in half, and the quick release axle - with its own integrated tool, removes the front wheel in seconds. Your folded AER 557 has a minimal footprint and will transport easily in almost any vehicle.
